There is a few around, not big ones though.

Couple in redditch area, one in foleshill by meridan, one or two by quatt.

Northamptonshire is the best tbh, you'll have to come with me and ralph sometime.
yea they are fully road legal, registered insured and whatnot. just we cant find anywhere really, yea will definately have to give it a go with you guys if you go out somewhere, especially with the fun-time snow looming closer

Think Phil was asking about the lanes, not the bikes. There are no legal green lanes around the collector road or Aldridge.

Nah mate, I did mean the bikes

Reason I asked cos the one by the collector road is where local kids took their field bikes.
It was basically a farmers field entrance, a lad I know had a quad who had an agreement with the farmer ( along with a few others) as he used to do hunting or something with him, trouble was others started seeing them and then everybody and their mothers started taking bikes down there.

Police got involved and it was stopped and a gate was put on, local papers etc ran a story by the police basically warning people their bikes would be confiscated.
There is a field opposite that you see a few people occasionally riding bikes there but it's not attracted police interest yet.

im sure that field opposite, thats near the motorway, has a camera installed now so as soon as bikes or quads turn up there, police get called and confiscate bikes.

The area up Aldridge we went to was on an industrial estate, more steep climbs and around tree's etc, think it was all some old mining subsidence, heading up on the SV to check it out again, friend of mine told me he saw some signs up there, so i shall take a butchers

Yippee!

My b'day next week and the missus bought me a Gopro HD2 motorsports edition! Awesome bit of kit if I do say so myself. If i get time tomo I will have a bimble to get the attachment/angles right and will post up a (non-incriminating) video! Got a few things to do first (fit lifting straps, tool bag, headlight protector and bling case saver)

Also ordered a gel stepped seat as I still have a bruised butt from the last ride on the original plank-of-a-seat.
