GSXR Mirrors mod on my sv1000
I thought I'd share my latest mod to the sv1000. Pretty straightforward to do with k4 4 base and standard gsxr mirror indicators. Quick to fit and seems to work ok. thx to Oggplonk for the tips

I'm in the middle of doing the same. Got the indicator mirrors, just waiting on the K4 ones. How does the indicator one detach from the mount?

first you need to remove the base of the gsxr mirrors. Remove the rubber pad and drill out the flange with a 10mm bit. It separates and fits into the k4 bracket. The wire goes over the top and threaded throught the gap inthe k4 base.
You need to drill a hole in the fairing to pass the indicator cable to connect up. View is slightly better but I didnt have too many probs with the original as I have small elbows

what year is your bike ? mines an 08 sport. do you mean a k4 gsxr ? thanks for the help, i really want to do this mod as its about the only thing left for me to do !!
