Moved to bike talk...
As the others have said, they just work. That said, my clear visor for my arab chaser has started failing after 3 years so tried the pinlock out of my tinted visor and that failed too so not sure if the pinlocks need replacing or the visor. |

Love the Pinlock system, no misting or fogging even on the most wet/damp journeys to work

Next question lol.
Would the pinlock visor for my new Shark S700S be the same as the Shark S700 as that's all I can find, they look very similar if not identical. |

Is that a specialist product?
![]() I agree with the above comments, have a look on http://www.racevisors.co.uk/ or similar, I'm just looking at buying a new clear visor for my lid as the old one's got a little scratched and in low sun it's not as sharp as it used to be. Wouldn't be looking at one without a pinlock now. Jambo

Another positive report from me. Would not be without it, especially on these moist days.
My only complaint is that the optical clarity is slightly lacking. This is most noticeable at night; you get another set of reflections and the edge of the pinlock also catches the light. Not a huge problem but I do occasionally find myself flipping it up at night to avoid it. |

Got one for £17.99 from pinlockshop.co.uk, cheapest I could find.

Cheers for the heads up on racevisors!!! I was thinking I would have to get a new lid for pin lock but had a quick look on there and they now do pin lock visors for mine! And at not that much more than I got my last normal replacement, including the insert!
Cheers peeps ![]()

They do a universal kit aswell which fits a standard visor, requires drilling your visor though :-S
