Default Projector HID's

stripped the headlight off the bike to inspect why one hid was not working and i have a burnt out connector... so i'm fitting the projector hid's i had lying around and never got round to as i melted the last headlight unit in the process. this time i have got the headlight apart using a heat gun and the big 3'' halo with proper UK beam pattern projector hids fit

it'll take me a few days to get them all together as the hid units are a bit heavy for the bulb springs so i will have to screw the plates in. i also need to drill a hole for the other cables to exit the lens unit.

Should look cool, and less blinding

Have you abandoned the naked idea then?

wiring harness complete, everything works as should. just need to liquid metal the unit holders into the recesses, paint the reflectors matt black, stick it all together again, and set the beam pattern then fix in place.

blackened out the reflectors as it was causing to much scattered light.

i also done the same to the side lights as i'm using LED projector ones.

just need to wait on paint drying then assemble, set beam pattern and put glass back on.
