as I've been busy today and 13 new pages of posts have been added i've not had a chance to read through all the comments.

down to business, Last night (25th) around 19:00 I had an email sent to the PC that pulled me asking to be at the testing of the bike, I've had no reply today from him and have NO idea if my bike has been tested. I called their inspector this morning at 10:30am and put my questions to him, He said this is the first he had heard of it and would make some enquires and the shift sergeant would call me back around 19:00 Today... When i hadn't received a call by 20:00 I called myself Leaving a message for the apparently "returning officers/sergeant" to get back to me... Still nothing at 21:00 So I called again and had the same response. it's now 23:05 And I've still received no calls and had none of the questions I've been trying to ask for 2 days answered! I'm going to give their inspector a call first thing in the morning and get some sort of legal support because quiet frankly my patients has run out.

I am very naive to the subject and the way to deal with this however the support and advise has been received with great appreciation!

FB I find it hard to belive that you didn't get given any paperwork in realtion to this matter, you should have. Were you not cautioned or reported for any offences? Did you sign anything? I would be interested to hear the outcome of this one, I have never have heard of anything like this happening.

If i curle up and hold my breathe will it make everything better.....lol

I assume by this it has been cofirmed that the police were responsible for seizure and OP has not bee scammed..

I can see the police point of view here(unusually) but also think it could have been handled better.

I've signed NOTHING and Received NOTHING from the incident or since. And I have the pillion and the two other friends as witnesses.
