Unfortunately not, not allowed to bend the knee still so it's just a waiting game for now.

been plying up a bit of late and aches a fair bit, which isn't so much the problem, but even with the painkillers I'm still only getting sleep ever third or fourth night.

Cheers Mark.

well had a rough 9 days there and sleep totally escaped me, finally had to go and see the GP and he gav me some new pills which sem to be working.

Monday I'm back up the hospital, I'm hopefull of some progress, but not expecting much, we'll see what he says, all this doing nothing is getting really stale now as you would imagine, but restraint is what's currently called for, so that's what I'll continue to use.

I'll update once I've seen him.

Cheers Mark.

Good news of a kind, after the x-rays and a scan, the head man explained the time the ligament takes to heal in place is some what of a guess, but everything is currently looking good.

So I've been given 30 degrees of movement for now as a kind of test, I go back in 3 weeks for some more scans to check if it's stretched or slipped, he's showed me how to test it each night and if I find the joint sagging I'm the lock the brace back straight.

No Physio at the moment and it's a bit tight, but as he explained it isn't about charging around on the thing, but just testing how it's going.

Still it does mean I can sit down on a normal chair now and more importantly in a car without it hurting after 10 minutes.

Cheers Mark.
