Lets hope nobody puts that theory to the test though YC.

Ok Mr Grinch (have to be polite as you're a customer now ) Haven't even considered how much. It has got a small repair/bodge on the rear subframe bit. It started popping fuses when braking so I sleeved the dodgy bit with hosepipe. Worked ok ever since.

The reflection of the radiator looks like a big crack - which is it?

Anyway Pete, Had a look at your prices & none seem too unreasonable to me (just glad Pointy top fairings come in one piece ). So it's just a question of how much you get sold, good luck & I think I've changed my mind that you're doing the right thing
The crack is 5 cm long Stu. Looks worse at that angle, but then I would say that?

As for the prices, we hope they are reasonable, frame excepting, and we realise we're not gonna shift it all in a week, but as a long term idea with people on here always needing bits and bobs, we're hopeful.

But it just the crack marked yellow, the one marked red is a reflection, no?
Because you can't see it at all in any of the other photos

I may be wrong but I think the forks price is a little on the steep side. I bought a new set recently for £120, and they were perfect even with laquer. Not a spot on em in the way of corrosion. Can't comment on the bits inside(but they are seperate right?)

Don't feel the need to be polite, I still need it if your rude. I had a look at them on e-bay with 'buy-it-nows' at 20quid, but they are of unknown quality to me. I have the same repair on the back and to be honest I think its the front harness I need but best get the lot to be safe... As I know I will need it if I don't

I think it is the other way around, yellow is the reflection and red is the crack.

You can see the paint wear around the hole in the fairing for the indicator on the pic above, the angle of the first pic just shows off the crack better.

Sorry Pete....

That's my point Stu, from most angles it doesn't really show.

And I don't mind. After all it's a discussion.

Maybe a little high at £200 although they are polished of course. All that sweat and blood ( of Lissa's) And with 45 quids worth of preload adjusters.

However for £300 quid you get the emulators and uprated springs plus new oil and airgapped correctly included with them.

I would rather somebody bought them complete than take the internals out.

So £20 plus the usual P&P then?
