If you can't find the answer I would say that is a Givi/Kappa set, I have the same on my SV1000S:

Yep i managed to get one online last week. Its a Givi set up for a SV1000, just added the left footpeg assembly from a second hand SV1000 onto the SV650 to attach the bracket onto. Might be able to get double exhaust now too.
