Northwind's biannual malt purchase sorted, one bottle Talisker for hogmanay. Tastes like petrol, mmmmmmm, petrol.

Recieved a bottle of 'Diggles Dram' in the work's Xmas raffle yesterday, which upon closer inspection appears to be a rebadged 16 year old, cask strength (57.7%) Bruichladdich.
Result? Oh, I think so! |

That will be much better if you leave it to settle till the end of May,which coincidentally might be when I'm passing your door

Yeeeeeeha! at gleneagles, just got myself a 1986 Bunnahabhain and got a wee cheeky Bruichladdich 16 year old, bordeaux finish. Very dark by comparison to normal light gold. The Bunnahabhain is quite fruity but very nice. Got a taster cos scared o open the bottle
