Should do, It's bolted stright onto the Pillion seat with the Foam removed.

If you had added a Top Box to that Mike , you wouldn`t have need to strap all sorts of bits to the bike ............. then again it takes all the fun out of random things leaping off the bike and heading for the following rider at chest height
