I'm told to go there with nothing to prove and expect nothing back. Treat it as a fast road ride and keep an eye on your mirrors. STAY IN THE NOVICE CLASS ON YOUR FIRST RACKDAY.

Presume it's the Indy circuit you're running on.
Take a look at a few videos and look for some track plans before the day. Certainly helped me on my first track day. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6w_ZE4CCPF8 Once you get there you'll recognize corners well and know a bit more about them...
