Twist of the Wrist - SV650.org

I was thinking about buying one of the "Twist of the Wrist" DVDs.

Have any of you guys seen them? If so, do you recommend the first or second one?

I've got the first book. Well worth a read but you need to read it twice and be prepared for some mental effort to apply what it really means.

I have both 1 and 2 and the Twist 2 DVD.

I would recommend buying the DVD, and reading Twist 2 after. The DVD is very digestible and will make the book not quite as cryptic.

I agree with Luke, if you are not doing the CSS course then DVD first then TOTW 2 is better written than the original book.

I found http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sport-Riding...6&sr=8-1-spell much easier to read and liked the drills. I think TOTW can be a little complex sometimes

CSS course is the best, but expensive. Luckily it is a lot cheaper over here - around 200 quid a day, so I'm booked in for levels 3 + 4 in September! Can't wait
