I've just had a read of the website. It is pretty much telling me not to bother. So I guess I wont. Having also seen the contraption at the back of the bike I would just spend all my time seeing how long I could drag the bar at the back on the ground.

Did this a couple of years ago, really top day, and was doing nice controlled wheelies by the end of the day. Allowed me to understand the process and translate it to the SV as well.

Highly recommended.
