I know!! Got a trailer sorted and my tow bar gets fitted on wednesday...just need a bike.
Also found a few others. A cbr600 steelie going for £925 and a srad 600.

I'm on the hunt.

CBR steelies and SRADs are a bit basic in the suspension unless they've had new stuff fitted. Good laugh either way though.
GSXR1000 is rather more serious, rather likely to bite your arm off if you get a bit lairy.

I've only ridden a GSXR1000 on the road but for me doing anything on the track is about being able to go absolutely balls out and have fun.

SRAD better than a Steelie rode both on track the Steelie is quite windy the GSXR is more torquier.

I also find the Steelie front end a bit vague.

Have you checked the trackday riders forum (google it)? Usually quite a few bikes for sale on that.

I've heard nothing but good things about having Kwaks as track bikes. I'd investigate in a 636 zx-6.
