There's an art critic called Brian Sewill, a right eccentric upper class know it all, but he is also funny and interesting.
He has a sure fire tip for removing nicotine stains and smells from fingers. If you google it you might be able to find out what it is, it might work for your jacket. If not sorry I've wasted your time. I couldn't repeat it on here because of the U rating. |

1 part vodka to 4 parts water in a sqooshy bottle, mix, spray on jacket, wait (about 4hours or so). Sniff.
You might smell like a pub floor but it'll be better than just fag reek, no? |
