Go dirty brown it makes life so much easier.
TBH on the SV I think the best look is wheels and frame matching. IIRC there was a thread on here a few years ago that someone photoshopped different colours on wheels and asked which looked best. if you are going to do it get the wheels powdercoated it gives the best results, but DON'T use wonderwheels on them afterwards, some chimp did that and ruined a good set of powdercoated wheels, not gonna name the person but he's a total chimp and quite careless.

Yeah you could do it I can't take all the credit as guy I bought if from was a suzuki nut (in a good way) he went mad on detailing his bikes and they were mint!! I just keep on top of it now and again and comes up great every time. Previous owner did the polishing you should have seen his garage/shed amazing great setup with hydronic bike bench the works

Those polished wheels do look nice!
Mine are silver (blue bike, silver frame) and I like them as is fine. However if I were to paint them, I'd go for that sort of dark medium blue used on gixxer wheels. Not into black or dirty wheels. ![]() But I might be slightly ocd.

Anything other than black is pointless unless you are some sort of wierd clean freak. I had mine done orange several years ago. The PC is now flaking on the rear and theya re a nightmare to keep clean, so gave up on the whole bike. It gets 1 clean a year now IICBA...with an angle grinder
