Found that after 100 miles my wrists hurt, after 130 I started losing feeling in my fingers. Probably gripping too tight.

I used to get sore wrists and cramp in my left leg. I followed the advice posted here that was broken up in many different treads but it went something like this.

1. Adjust the positions of the leavers to match the line of your arms.

2. Adjust the front brake to suit the length of your fingers.

3. Adjust the clutch bite point to suit fingers.

4. Adjust the gear shift position to suit leg length, and similar on rear brake.

Most importantly is to relax, grip tank with thighs, so me sitting forward and resting gut on tank helps with the back.

Jabba, I thought you were on the Hein Gericke payroll, and now your promoting savory products.

The pie's filling is largely irrelevant - sweet or savoury doesn't seem to matter

Plus, a large "pot" helps keep the bike's nose down during rapid acceleration

HG are no longer interested in my advertising services as they don't make leathers big enough, and Mr Kipling refuses to make "Ewok Pies", so I've refused to work for them any more.

However, I'm more than willing to listen to sponsorship offers from suppliers of New World wines
