I have a Carbon Viper Race Can without baffle on my SV650S. Looks very nice and sounds even better. It's just the way I like it. Doesn't make too much noise when just idling along but when you accelerate....

Thats the one i fitted last week, like you say for the extra £15 it's gotta be the oval.

The removable baffle is a bit naff tho, you have to trim it if you want it to fit flush with the end of the pipe. Not that i've put mine in, it's under the seat in case of emergencies.

It's a bit of a struggle to get it alll connected up but then you need it to be tight. But if i can do it any one can.

Not sure about refitting the standard only put mine on last week.

mmmmmmmmmmm......

Probably will still buy the oval viper with the baffle (cant resist the deal) but will look at modifying the baffle to make sure it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb.

Got myself an alloy oval Viper can about 6 months ago. Trouble is, its blowing from 3 of the rivets. Any ideas why? Could i just replace rivets to cure it?
