If you can't sell it and decide to break it for parts drop me a line - there's a few bits I'd be willing to shell out for. (Wipers, alloys, headlight bezels, front grille and front/rear bumper for a start!)

Thanks for that - but a little out of my price range.

Mine's an old C reg - so it's rather tatty but runs really well. I'd rather do it up than sell it and get another. Mini Autos are hard to get hold of (many dodgy gearboxes) so as mine's mechanically sound I'll stick with it - only done about 40K genuine miles!

As for insurance - my DOG costs more to insure than this car!

Default Will swap for a ford escort

I have a ford escort 1.3 LX N reg 60,000 miles-ish Tax and Test til aug sept.

If you're interested in doing a straight swap I'd be interested in the mini if it's as you describe and fully functional. I was looking at selling the escort for about 600 quid so this would be ideal.

The escort's in ok condition, a bit of rust here and there, nothing that some filler wouldn't cure. The engine's sound and runs ok (except the battery is flat at the moment (I can charge it up though).

I love mini's and could do with the extra space in the garage.

Drop me a pm if you're interested?

Cheers
Ruk
