Very likely. Brought it back in October so no chance of getting change from ebayer, and although I suspect he sent wrong one, there is no way of finding out as I deleted the 'you won' e mail, and as it's over 90 days the page isn't there any more.
So I've splashed out £100 on a new one, arrives Thursday. its OEM from a dealer this time.

of course a point no one mentioned is it'd stop working fairly soon anyway, as the outside edge bit threw the pad material on both sides the pads would touch each other and not the disc.

But hey would give the service guy a giggle.
