If an SV650 has a flat tyre in the forest and no-one is there to blow it up, how long will it be 'til someone posts that the reg/rec is duff and the world will end unless a CBR unit is fitted? A little bit of knowledge = a dangerous thing.

Most of those are defunct now, but plenty still show up at the classic shows and runs - which I like to attend and I have are few friends that are classic Italian nuts - most of those in my list are ones I have been lucky enough to ride, there are others that I can't remember.

Not too sure about this one... Husqvarna. I tend to think of it as Swedish, but it has been a long time since it has been that.

Made in Italy, formally owned by Cagiva / MV Augusta, now owned by BMW. It is a bike manufacturer with an identity problem...
