 At least he'll be getting properly done for it, crashing into people, assaulting people, trying to do a runner etc. etc. Surely he'll get hammered for all that in court. Hopefully he's off the road & we're all a bit safer as a result. Glad you're OK. Glad it's just the Honda too.

That's terrible, what a low life!
You say the police say they're considering reckless/dangerous driving, but don't let them drop the assault case. Anyone who attacks someone they've just run over deserves to be locked up.
