i converted to a mac last year and to be honest i wouldn't go back to a pc.

ok on the machine I am typing this on it is xp, however it is also running VAX/VMS using simh and has 2 Linux workstations using VMware.

By my knee I have a sun Solaris workstation.

Back in my data centre I have a VAX 6000 machine that has not been rebooted since 1/1/2000 and still going strong. can anyone outdo that with their windows boxes

An operating system that doesn't suck, one that doesn't still all your CPU and RAM just to run, one with less issues than vista, one without a ghey sidebar, one with a nice boot up time instead of ages, one with a nice file management system, one with better networking possibilities and agin, it's not ****ty vista.
