Wanted Heated Gloves...

Last called biker store on Mon and they still didn't have a real answer but said I should have them by Friday. I hope I do or I'll need to cancel my order (PS they took my money 2 weeks ago )

I only paid £79 for the KLANs at the NEC (plug and play). TBH, armoured protection during the Winter months doesn't really bother me, because in rain, sleet or snow, I'm hopefully gonna just slide in an off (not done so in the last 9 years of riding - so touch wood). In MY Opinion, having fancy bits of carbon on the knuckles would actually do nothing in an off - the palms of the hand are more prone to getting scraped and injured (unless you were sliding along the road on your back!)

PS. IIRC, the Gerbings weren't any more armoured than the KLANs and IMO were less toasty when I tried them on?

I phoned Klan and they aren't doing show prices any more (and couldn't say for definite if they'd be at the MCN show) so bring the price in line with Gerbing. Although the guy tried to talk me out of getting separate batteries and just going with the lead which I thought was weird... maybe they don't need sales?

Anyway, I like the quality of the gerbing gloves, they certainly feel a lot more substantial than the ladies Klans did (why is ladies stuff always more flimsy!??!) so I've gone with a pair of the gerbing's in XS for me too now.
