V- you can ask Tara as she's having some. I'll send instructions as well. Basically, the rub is smokey, lots of layers and flavours and has a good kick to it. The sauce has been developed to be sweet and sticky, with smokey flavours and a sharp edge to cut through the heat of the ribs and the sweetness. Cooked my way, they end up the way i think ribs should be. The meat doesn't fall off the bone, rather it comes away easily, being tender but not stringy and holding the sauce well. X

right guys, just found a bulk supplier, so waiting for samples to come though and will use those to make up your samples so that i get proper feedback. So, hold on and i'll be in touch when i'm ready to send x
