nothing intersting just banged it bad at work. Thought it was fine until late yeaterday evening just felt a little stiff even cycled home from work fine. got worse as the night went on and now i can't bend my arm at all.

Need to start thinking of a route...any ideas? Or do we just want to run to Hunny the way we went last September with Mike (leaving from Graffham)?
Come on guys, list your favourite roads and we'll see if we can link them together to make a route

I'll be staying near Hunny from tomorrow for a week. Weather doesn't look good at the mo
Going fishing on a boat on Tuesday and probably going out on the Wash Monster as well
