Or maybe suprise you.
This is me when I was leaving school (15 years old), 4 years ago. I was very very ill even past this picture, but once it got to the summer that year I got better and put the weight on! At the age of 9 I was 5 stone. Things got done and it progressed a bit but not enough. In this pic I was about 9 stone and my mate in the pic there now is two inches shorter than me and just as skinny there! ![]() Now I am the chunk. 117 kgs and cant do a bleeding thing right to get rid. I have almost given up. I've stopped dieting cos i felt sick. I keep playing footy and going gym. The weights are easy and I know I shouldnt do them. But i swim for an hour 2 nights a week and do weights half an hour one night. But, thought I would share the pic with you all of me when I was skinny ![]() Stu |

Been trying since start of New Year, you know after i'd pigged out at xmas (which funnily enough I didnt really do, the pigging out that is). Couldn't shed a pound! Now I've given up, I was eating normal meals, nothing over the top, and the odd apple or two, drinking water most of the time with meals and eating at correct times, this beats eating Pizza and Kebabs all the time! I dont do free weights because I tend to do them wrong so I go on the ones that are cable held etc, I am fairly muscly under all this flab IMO.

lossing weight is simple theoretically - eat less 'fuel' than you use. your body will then have to turn you fat into fuel. dont do what i did and run so low my body had to start using muscle as fuel and that makes you sick

depends what you class playing footy as? standing around in goal for an hour, then 5 pints in the bar? try cardio instead of swimming |
