I dont understand why people do it or what the point of it is?
![]() Ive seen a fair few people out on their bikes recently, and many of them were wearing full leather kit with a jumper or hoody on top. Is this a secret trick to keep warm? Is it a strange fashion statement? Can someone enlighten me? Maria |

Yeah, I'm too fat to wear one under my leathers. It cuts out the air to the air holes in the leathers and can keep you a little warmer

I see...I'll have to bear that in mind if I start finding it difficult to squeeze into my leathers..!

I'm KIND of with you. But I did buy an XXXL top and have started wearing it ontop of the leathers but only in colder weather e.g. in the morning on the way to work, it's nice and small to roll up too when you get there

leathers should be a snug as possible - ie room under for t-shirt, undies and socks.
If its cold you have to layer over them.
