Default Anyone into retro Amiga's?

I have a box full of Amiga games and some A500 hardware. The guys on Amibay.com won't give me an idea what to sell it for. Anyone interested?

and to answer your question I got my 500+ for about £20 and the 1200 was £30 I think, the 1200 is still quite useful in computer terms as a video toaster and can surf the net (with a bit of upgrading).

Yep the Atari 520 ST FM (with a 1mb upgrade).

Because its awesome. Fact. And I had one as a kid (and I still have it)...

On a technical note it actually keeps time very well from what I understand which is why its still in use by musicians today.

I was posh, I had an Amiga 3000, which was used for a lot of programming.

I had one of these beasts too, also did the 1Mb Upgrade.

Then after getting phono-port envy from the STE, armed with the appropriate bits from Tandy, a soldering iron, a drill and a copy of "Atari ST Internals" I hacked a pair of Phono ports onto the back of mine by connecting right to Channel A, Left to Channel B and Both to Channel C by soldering the wires directly to the sound-chip.

Looking back I have no idea WHY I thought this would work, but it did and allowed me to hook it up to my stereo to listen to stuff like the Quartet section of the Decade Demo.

Yep Amiga-bois, that IS 4 channel sampled sound coming from a 3-channel soundchip.
