Any recomendations for very strong long lasting laquer (top coat) Just spraying one fairing black myself and laquer is the only bit im clueless about. My Mate used plastikote laquer but it turned out bad....
Any suggestions would be GREAT ![]() |

Go into a car paint supplier and ask. The good shops can even mix you paint and put it in a rattle can or two.
But acrylic laquer is good, but important part is prep work, sanding, washing with spirits, paint thinner or acetone etc |

I used a 2k laqure when painting my bike its petrol resistant and very tough also used it for my car alloys only problem is when you mix it the can has about a 6 hour life befor it goes hard in the can but still lots of time to do the painting
