Love mine, would recommend it! A few little bits are worth doing to them to make them perfect bikes. If you want to ask then over at aprilia forums they are a great group who will answer any questions truthfully.

Check out the generator complete circuit and make sure that the troublesome connections that melt have been modified.
Good big batteries needed or by by sprang clutch Loads of stuff on the 'prillia forums
