Almost finished my twin exhaust mod.
New exhaust bracket to make, down pipe to weld up then job done. Yes they are different end cans, ones a beowolf, the other an ART ![]() ![]() I even made a 'cap' so I can remove the new pipework and can for MOT time. |

Yeah, if you see a fat bloke in a black helmet with grey / black textile jacket, that'll be me lol. Twin exhaust should be on properly some time this week. Back to work tomorrow night so hopefully get the engineers to do my welding and find me a bit of scrap metal so I can make the bracket.
Just running the new to me ART can atm. Oddly quieter than the beowolf even tho the ART is marked up not for road use. |

They're not normally known for being quiet. The GSX1400 with twin ART cans that parked near where I worked used to rattle the window frames on the 5th floor when it started up.

Yeah its odd. This one came off an R1 and is 8cm longer than the beowolf along with no removable baffle. Maybe when I chop the length down to match it'll unleash the v twin burble lol.

Reminds me of the Renegade cans that were popular back in '99 on SV's

"Renegade" being more of a legal status than a brand?

Both. It was a brand run by Jorge someone based in Kent. Long since gone I think.
