Nope... Not been banned at all... Yet!
With my new steed, I get the feeling that I might just get a few points on my licence this year! |

In the 28 years I have held a license I have never had a point on it.
Yes I ride/drive well past banning speeds most days

Many years ago when the Earth was only just fully formed, I got nicked for No Insurance, No Tax, No Full Licence, Speeding, Careless Driving, Dangerous Load, No MOT - all on a bike and all on the same day. And I still wasn't banned .
Okay the insurance premium was so high it kept me off the road for two years. Some people are young and stupid, I was young and very stupid. Don't judge me too harshly, it was a long time ago and I've been somewhat more sensible since . If I wasn't insured now I simply wouldn't ride, end of story, no matter what the circumstances. . |

Never banned.... good girl me....
to be honest Im expecting points at some point this year.... well, if I ever manage to get back on a bike and stay on it long enough to go anywhere One of the reasons I tend to stick to 90 on the motorways, so its points rather than a ban... also make sure Im never the fastest thing on the motorway as well.... cars going over a ton constantly are going to find/get spotted by the police first and more likely get pulled... do everything to minimise the chances but it will happen at some point.... |

I lose my job if I lose my licence so I am careful, but its very easy to make a mistake which big brother will spot these days.Thats why I hate the surveillance culture we have today where the consequences of very minor things can go so far.Whatever happened to Captain Gatso?
