Default Help me get a grip!

My handle bar grip rotates a bit on the bar (I mean the left hand one ) The MOT examiner picked up on it and advised me to sort it out. It's worse in the hot weather.

My question is whats the best thing to stick it with? I remember someone suggesting hairspray...? or is it some kind of urban myth? Perhaps it was one of my wierd dreams

So, what to use guys?

Some Silicone? That way u can styill remove it if you wanna, else powerglue, but you are stuck with it forever. Am sure someone will come up with something in between.

renthal grip glue, comes in a small tube used for sticking your new grips on if you change them. HG in welling stock it as do mostly all other bike shops, its not too much money about £5-7 i think.

i think HG in welling is the nearest to you.

just normal superglue works fine, and I've never had any prolems breaking it by just twisting the grip hard.

I have. Heated grips won't be helping though.

If you want something a little less permanent try some washing up liquid on the bar/inside of the grip. This should help you ease the grip onto the bar then it sets a little and seems to hold fairly well.

Sounds cheap, but then I am a Yorkshireman!!!!
