I've got a dark visor and I think it is fab. Keeps the glare out and stops the constant squinting...
![]() I always carry a clear one with me just in case I get stopped - touch wood though I havent yet... Saying that however, the only thing I dont like about it is car drivers cant see which way you are looking - Im not sure whether that is a good thing or not........but other than that I dont have any qualms about the visor. Enjoy! |

Got the best of both worlds. My Caberg lid has a flip down internal visor (tinted) - sunny weather, visor down
![]() ![]() ![]() Highly recommended - especially when a long sunny day starts to turn dull/ dark. Garry ![]() |

Newbie question....
What happens if you are caught in the Dark with a tinted visor, do they make that much difference that you wouldn't see where you were going? Obvious answer is to lift the lid, but if you are going quick (as I usually am) I would get a face full of flies. Cheers, |

dark/tinted/irridium visors are deadly at night .carry a clear one just in case .the police may not be bothered that much (well some of them)but trust me ,going through a hedge cos you cant see the edge of the road prop is more of an issue .i wear an irridium one most of the time ,but if im liable to be riding when its gtng dark i change it to a clear one .not as cool/nice but then neither is lying in a field in the dark.

I have a very dark tint visor, however always carry the clear one. Touch wood, I have not been stopped yet, however hopefully demonstrating to the police that I am being responsible and carrying the clear one so that I can change if required is enough to keep them sweet.
