Default Bike cover - any thoughts

As my SV will shortly begin earning her keep and for the next couple of months be forced to live outside I'm looking for a suitable cover. I think it needs to be breathable and heat resistant so I can put the cover on without waiting for the pipe to cool. I had a look round the forums but couldn't find anything specific, has anyone here got any recommendations?

Thanks in advance.

No idea, but make sure you don't tie the cover down too much. Strong gust of wind, and I'd rather have the cover go missing than the bike fall over!

Get the Argos £15 jobbie. Seriously, I use mine much more often than my oxford Stormex which cost 4 times as much.

For the same reason is it not better to tie it down properly. It's more likely to catch the wind, get snagged on the bike and turn into a parachute if it's not tied down.
Ask Shop girl.

Agreed, or cheap as possible off ebay.- it's not rocket science.

I invested in the oxford stormex and some scumbag nicked it off the bike!
Was so annoyed cause it cost £50.00 and ended up on someone elses machine.

I can only put my trust in "what goes around comes around"

Argos eh? Didn't think of them but looking on the website it may fit the bill. Can't go far wrong at that price! Cheers.

I got an oxford tyvex waterproof and heat proof cover but it was about £50!

That said it's lasted 3 years and never leaked or had a hold burnt through it yet. A good buy!

I've read elsewhere that the Argos cover is good.

It may not be suitable for your circumstances but consider a bike barn.
