Default Summer project

Apart from everything i've mentioned in other threads whilst cleaning up the wheels ive realised that it would be quite easy to make my own undertray!
Iv'e had most of the tail off before so taking off the stock undertray and using it as a stencil to make a better one can't be that hard can it?

Don't know if it was here but i noticed someone had used plastic / metal sheet flooring (you know criss crossed type thats used for factory / restaurant floors) - looked really good as well - could easily be painted (blue/silver/black hammerite for the stone chips lol! - well its underneath isn't it!)

check this little lot to work on!

Only thing I would say is be careful with the metal flooring. Make sure you get a really secure fit but also make sure it has enough movement to allow the plastic tail to flex without the metal rubbing away and weakening it.When you're sat on the seat the plastic will flex and the metal might start rubbing away at the tail.

Wee Gaz cut away his snow shovel on his curvy and made a plate to carry his lights and no plate. He put a template on the scottish sv site and a few bods on here used it. I'm sure it was sv650.tk
