Currently on the Pirelli Diablo Stradas and have done a fair few trackdays and touring on them, find them nice and progressive but always open to new ideas.
Has anyone had any of the new breed of sports touring rubber out on track yet on their SV? If so how did it feel and how did the tyres hold up? Any feedback appreciated. Cheers, Tim |

See here.
I'm currently running with a PR2CT on the front, and a Z6 on the rear (due to a puncture in my rear PR2). I would not recommend this setup for anyone. Get on the power early and the bike wriggles around like crazy. Get on the brakes too hard as you start to tip in (I know I know, braking should be complete before turning) and you'll get the same. Very off putting even when you're pretty used to it. I just need to get the time to get a PR2 on the back. Until then, easy riding. |

Thanks Baph, I'd already seen that, just want to know what they are like out on track too before considering a pair.
