Default Some pictures of a busy girl in my garden.

I watched her while she was building the web, she works quick.








I took another look this morning and the web seems to have been damaged and repaired a number of times - it's not as neat in the centre as when it was first constructed.

Very nice shots!! Love macro photography although i wouldn't do spiders as i don't like getting that close and personal with them lol.

Wow, briliant pics Sid, looks like a real pro job!

Yeah Dave The Rave is right, it's a male.
Looks like a Cross or Garden Spider (Araneus diademetus).
Not a 100% sure as I can't see the markings on its back, if it has/had a white cross-shaped mark on the top of it's abdomen then that's what it is.

You can tell it's a male due to the Palpi it has.
