Default Calling Scorpion Can Owners??

How do you remove the baffle on a new titanium oval scorpion can? I undo the screw on the bottom and its still tight in, do i just need to give it a good firm yank?

Please help??

is it marked not for road use?

i have a titanium oval scorpion can & i did not think mine had baffles? might be differant?

Its the roal legal version. Just had it fitted and its got a removable baffle just wondering how to get it out. Its for me dad, he's very particular and doesn't want me to give it a yank if it aint suppose to be. I thought i'd ask you clever guys!!!

Try taking the can off the bike, and then shoving a broom handle up the exhaust from the other end to the exit. I've heard of some manufacturers using silicone to seal the baffles in and I expect this is the case with your exhaust. Alternatively just grab the baffle with a pair of pliers and give it a good pull ( this is what we had to do with the baffle in Liz's Remus can to get it out. )

Yeh looking at the edges of the baffle it does seem like its siliconed in because theres abit of play when you wiggle the baffle about. I think giving it a good pull is in order!!! Cheers

Cloth and pliers is all thats needed, you get plenty of leverage with that.
