How about you help him fit a flux capacitor to his bike.

Then if he ever gets it to 88mph he can go back in time, get his bike registered pre the cut-off date and then come bak with his shiny steel plate.

I saw one of these on a red (black framed) SVS with a tail tidy on the A2 the other day and I thought it looked quality!!!!

I think they are illegal, though you do see them on new cars now and then.
