I've got every reason to question... why would you encourage women to do such a thing?????

i feel women are entitled to a share of their husbands pension, just as men are entitled to a share in a womans pension. All debts accrued during marriage are split 50/50 on divorce, all savings are split 50/50 so why not pension. If it was accrued during marriage then I feel the other party has a right to a percentage of that pension dependant upon time served (marriage). If it was the other way round and the man was wanting a share I would say he was entitled too. now everyone take your pants off and untangle them. Its uncomfortable wearing knickers with a twist.
