First track day advice

Your first one, get an instructor to out with you mate, worth the money I was lucky I got an instructor for 2 sessions!

Lots of water, eat small amounts. If you begin to feel tied and are making mistakes, that your cue to head in.

Watch your self after lunch, your bike, your brain, tyres would have all cooled down, so take time to warm them all back up!

My first day I was more nervous, actually the only time I was scared was when I got somethimng wrong!! As the others said its not a race, take your time to learn. You will come back with a silly smile on your face

Does anybody know how loud a Carbon Scorpion without the baffle fitted is??
I will fit the baffle if needed but would prefer to leave it out.
I don't think it exceeds the 105db limit, I am just curious.

My SV with de-baffled stainless Scorpion can is way louder than my CBR with a full Akrapovic system. The CBR has been measured at 100 db @ 6000 revs

The limit is 105db. Looks like I may have to fit the baffle then.
