I had a dream last night that Quiff Richard came down to Barry Island as part of a tour of Wales he was doing as a holiday. He was on a black litre Triumph daytona, a bit like Lozzo's one. We had a natter and some chips then went our seperate ways, it was a surprisingly "normal" dream.

I thought this morning I missed something out. When I came off Dave a couple of months back, I knackered my lid, so it was inevitable I'd have to get another pretty quick. So, I put a post up in the massive that I was being a scardy cat and had to go to Squires on my own
Melody rang me up and said 'Hi Lou, i'll try and get my insurance sorted out today as its run out, I've been on nights, but if you give me and hour or so to sort it, I'll come with you to get a new lid'

At that moment, I knew I had a really good friend, and also the org as a whole has a whole boat load of good peeps that help when all is crap.

Mel and I went to Squires and got a new lid...and Dave stayed in the shed sulking while Suzy went out in the sun, and we had ice cream ....mmmmmmm

Not only that, but Rictus was taking his son to Preston uni, and he came over to my house with 'the lesser spotted Mrs Rictus' and delivered a nice new gear lever. We had a really cool afternoon chatting......the YCs came over, and I can say I felt very honoured for meeting Mrs Rictus, as I know very few ever have, eventhose that are regular visitors at thier house

At the AR08, I have never laughed so much due to one man.....that man.....HOVIS....for me he was the epitome of the AR and summed up everything that was amazing about it. Firstly the sitting up sleeping, secondly.....the now infamous rocking horse moment and the state he was in on the Sunday.

The whole of AR was brilliant! was the best fun ive had in a long time.

Also the Marches Meander ride probably because it is the best i have ever ridden and just loved it!

They picked it up that fast it almost didn't have chance to touch the ground, but it did. That was one slippy deck.
I remember Quiff shouting to those coming in.....careful peeps its really slippy in here
