interesting question... but as far as i am led to believe all k3> sv's have 'sloppy' bearings...

the bearings on Ronayers are all the same part number...

Hmm. Ill have a look at mine tomorrow, see if there is any play. To be honest I haven't ever checked it since I got the bike 20k miles ago.

I just checked the parts fiche to see if curvy bearings would be interchangeable with pointy ones. They aren't unfortunately, i'm going to look into custom made spacers to eliminate the slop.

This is really not good. My curvy is 10 years old and 37000 miles (Maybe 38000 miles) old now, but the shaggyness of any bearings hasn't been detected on any of the 3 MoT's I've put it through. It was only spannerman who warned me my bike was "tired" and "creaky"

It seems my trusty old steed is far better built than these new fangled pointy thingy's

Ah silly me what am i thinking, there's no way a massive corporation would ever lie to the general public. That just wouldn't be cricket now would it!

Suzuki mechanic says crap suspension is normal but that doesn't mean I can't upgrade it, afterall I own the bike!
