Personally I thought the driver was a mean d1ckhead - I heard of someone who failed a test for doing that accidentally.
As Luckypants says those kids would have been soaked all day  unless...............it was staged?

However does make me wonder why his passenger was videoing him driving? If it was that premeditated then he's probably a very sad man(woman/trannyvan)
