Sharing a bike on a TD
Bring a big hammerI have a 5 pound beater and a prybar. No, Im not joking. This is what got my bike back in riding condition to finish the day. LOTS of zipties. Zipties and ductape can save your butt.

Re: Sharing a bike on a TD
While I've not shared a bike I've borrowed my wifes bike and she's gone straight out after me and also I've gone straight after her. No issues with the bike, if anything an advantage as the tyres are nicely up to temp.
As others have said though if you have a minor mechanical or a spill thats it for the entire day. Gutting if your partner bins it in the first session... Druid
