I will look at stripping it out for a dealer but if i put it on here and someone makes me the right offer then hey they would have a bargain of bike.

the Gixxer is an Isle of Mann TT edition (not ridden yet though)
848 looks awsome but concerned over girlyness now and the oil patch it would put on my garage floor.

BMW is a touch too expensive and too many toys to distract me from riding.

That's quite an assumption.

When I've been shopping for used bikes, if I find one with a loud can I adjust the price to accommodate what it'll cost to buy a standard one to replace it. Admittedly that's usually covered by what I can claw back for the loud one on ebay, but there's still the hassle factor.

Not everyone's a fan of loud cans. They seem inordinately popular with owners of small bikes though.
