Pootling To The Pondy
Pete and I are planning to pop to The Ponderosa tomorrow for lunch and an afternoon just chilling out, chatting, and enjoying the sun. Pop along to say Hi if you're in the area. The weather is too good to ignore, even if we are trying to save money for GM III.

Well, Lissa - sorry I couldn't join you, but surprised no one else fancied a pootle.

Re: Pootling To The Pondy
I really wanted to get out on the bike this weekend but I was at my sisters wedding so no chance.
What a weekend though eh?

Re: Pootling To The Pondy
Well you all missed a near on perfect day Well for us anyway.
Went to Dans at Stone for Breakfast, then Dk's for a look-see, onto Demon Tweeks 'cos it seemed a good idea (wasn't really, but hey ho). Got to the Pondy around 2pm. Hung around there for a bit. Enjoying the breeze and trying to cool down. Stopped off at Llangollen for some more pics, then finished with a cuppa at Ellesmere. Total of 11 hours out and 270 miles covered. Pretty much finished off the rear, but what a day! Perfect view from the eating from the terrace Dee bridge in Llangollen Trying a Seggons shot of scenery Couple of views of Ellesmere lake Duck with it's feathered friends |
