Paging Dizzyblonde!

Barkeepers friend deals with the worst of it.
Then wet and dry, elbow grease and autosol

Wet & dry, Autosol and all the rest will work, but be prepared to keep doing it over and over again as the downpipes are a pig to keep in a shiny state. Personally I'd sooner go for a blast and enjoy riding the bike.

1) Some gentle car washing soap and then dry and spray with ACF50 is what I do.

2) Standard Yamaha toolkit and my Scottoiler. Not much room for anything else, even certain sandwiches won't fit but flatbreads do.
